McLaren Vale Shiraz

The Octavian Shiraz stands as the crown jewel of our wine collection, embodying the highest standards of winemaking excellence.

Crafted using the finest French oak barrels, each one handpicked to perfectly complement the complexity of our top-tier grapes, this wine reflects our relentless dedication to quality.

Each vintage, only the most outstanding grapes are selected and aged in these elite barrels. From this limited production, just six barrels are ultimately chosen to carry the prestigious Octavian name.

The result is a wine of remarkable intensity and sophistication.

Deep in colour and layered in aroma, the Octavian Shiraz offers notes of ripe blackberry, dark chocolate, and delicate spice.

On the palate, it reveals a luxurious fusion of rich fruit, silky tannins, and a refined, lingering finish.

The Octavian Shiraz is more than a wine—it’s a bold expression of our commitment to craftsmanship and excellence from Curtis Family Vineyards.
